As entrepreneurs, we're overwhelmed by email, phone calls, TV, radio, social media, blogs, teleclasses, a long "to do" list, etc. And, it's all draws your focus to the external. Yet, in order to succeed as a happy, fulfilled, successful conscious entrepreneur your focus needs to be inside of yourself. Silence is how this happens. So, today, please take five minutes to sit in silence. Breathe deeply and tune into your internal world. Enjoy the silence and time to simply be with yourself.

Skin Tone: The hair color should always be darker than skin otherwise it appears fake. People with olive or dark skin shade should select darker hair colors. Pink skin should take ash tones and strictly avoid golden or red hues. Hair color with 2-3 shade darker to the skin tone can be selected. If your skin is pale then you are very lucky as all colors would suit you. But if you are too pale then avoid very dark or black. You can go for dark brown, deep red or burgundy if your skin tone is yellow but try to avoid orange, gold or yellow.

Turn off the noise. Have a quiet time each day to shift gears. If you work outside of the home, plan just 15 minutes of alone time in your car before you pick the kids up, or rush to the store. Get a great CD or tape and play it, all alone in your car as you change states from employee to mom, wife or sane woman.

If you are a beginner than do not be in the front. Stay behind people that you can follow. Check out and see what is appropriate to wear to the class or function.

That means you need to have a friendly demeanour. Tell your class when and where you are available to see them about any issues they have and help they need.
